Please note:
Please remember it is the owner’s / competitor’s responsibility to make sure the horse’s / pony’s vaccination certificate is correct.
If a certificate is found to be incorrect the horse / pony will be disqualified and not be permitted to compete at the Qualifier. Unless there is sufficient time for the error to be corrected prior to qualifier date and in this instance the certificate will be required for re-submission to verify corrected error.
A disqualified horse / pony is not permitted to be substituted at either the qualifier, or for the championship.

The Qualifier will be run in accordance with BRC 2022 Competition Rules.
- Dress as per 2021 Handbook Competition Rules.
- Competitors must wear the correct standard hats - Rule G22.2 refers.
- A BETA level 3 body protector that has a Purple 2009 or Blue 2018 label must be worn. The only exception being Exo Body Cage 2000 - Rule G22.3. refers.
- Hats and body protectors will be checked by an Official Steward and must be presented before competing.
- Stop Watches may be used.
- Competitors must provide their own numbers (A4) and number bib.
- Health & safety and Covid-19 guidelines and notices must be adhered to at all times.
- Hair must be neatly secured and must not hang lower than the shoulder line (when standing normally).
- Only competitors may work in a horse/pony before a class.
- Children aged 16 years and under must not be left unattended.
- Individuals under the age of 12 are not permitted in warm-up arenas on foot under any circumstances. Rule G20.2 refers.
- DOGS ARE PERMITTED BUT MUST BE KEPT ON LEADS. DOGS MUST NOT BE TIED TO A VEHICLE AND LEFT UNATTENDED.
- No horses to be left tied to outside of horseboxes / trailers - Rule G9.3 refers.
- Cars to be parked in the allocated area only.
- Please do not leave litter or muck outside your horsebox on the parking area.
- Disclaimer of liability – save for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organiser or anyone for whom they are responsible BRC does not accept any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land or any other person or property whatsoever.
