It is with regret that three of our valued committee members have decided to step down. Julie Marx has been a member of the club since the very early days, as has Julie Sweeting they have both been on the committee for more years than I can count and have been invaluable to the club. They both have shorthand skills with Julie primarily taking all the minutes but Julie M would step in, in her absence. What will happen now I dread to think as my spelling is rubbish and I forget what people have said 2 mins after. Their presence will be missed by myself and the rest of the committee. However, they have both said that they would still be willing to volunteer, and I aim on keeping them to that.

Liz Pears has always been a great source of knowledge re Show Jumping and also has a lovely way of diffusing situations, but I am sure although not on the committee will still be a person to ask.
